The Martes Working Group is keen to hear from any relevant organisations that would like to support and/or attend the Symposium as sponsors and/or vendors. Their financial support will enable us to maximise symposium accessibility by reducing costs for disadvantaged groups such as students, early career professionals, and researchers travelling from more distant parts of the globe. We recognise that students and young professionals are key to our future, so we wish to build a community-of-practice and support for such delegates who would benefit greatly from attendance at this symposium.
The contributions of our Sponsors will be recognised in our printed symposium material, at the symposium banquet, and via our social media channels and website.
Four levels of sponsorship option are available:
Platinum (£800 [$950 USD] or more)
Gold (£500 [$600 USD] or more)
Silver (£250 [$300 USD] or more)
Bronze (up to £250 [$250 USD]).
Vendors may book a display space at the symposium on a daily basis to promote their services, activities, equipment, or artwork. We would be pleased to discuss a discretionary daily fee (likely minimum £50) according to your space requirements and the nature of your business (commercial, not-for-profit or charitable).
If you would like to pursue any of these options, do please contact our Treasurer Scott Yaeger for further information jscottyaeger@gmail.com.
