Registration fee includes all 3 days of the symposium 1st - 3rd September, including coffee break drinks and snacks, lunches, and an evening social on the 1st September, plus symposium welcome pack. Registration does not include symposium dinner, which can be purchased separately during registration.
Field trips will take place after the symposium on the 3rd and 4th September, we have tried to make these free or low costs to make them accessible to everyone. You can register for the field trips during registration.

Please note that prices are listed in both Canadian dollars (CAD) because of the location of the symposium and US dollars (US), as we are using a United States based bank. Due to bank exchange rates, your CAD price will not necessarily be this exact amount.
Cancellation Information
If you wish to cancel your registration, you can do so before the 1st August 2026, where 50% of registration fee will be reimbursed.
