Symposium Tickets 2026
Early bird registration is open and will end on the 30th June 11:59 pm (PT)
Registration fee includes all 3 days of the symposium 1st - 3rd September, including coffee break drinks and snacks, lunches, and an evening social on the 1st September, plus symposium welcome pack. Registration does not include the symposium dinner, which can be purchased separately during registration. If you would like to purchase additional dinner or field trip tickets please contact us directly at symposium@martesworkinggroup.org.
Field trips will take place after the symposium on the 3rd and 4th September; register for these free and/or minimal cost trips during registration to ensure your spot.

Symposium dinner with raffle and entertainment - 2nd September - $23 USD - ~$30 (CAD).
Price includes a 3-course meal and 1 free non-alcoholic drink.
Field Trips (Please register for the field trip(s) as knowing numbers early will help us plan and ensure enough space for everyone who wants to attend.)
Evening walk to explore Whitehorse’s natural beauty - 3rd September - FREE
Full day field trip to Kluane National Park - 4th September - $4 USD / $5 (CAD) (see Symposium page for more information about field trips)
Half day field trip exploring Whitehorse’s natural beauty with a local guide - 4th September - FREE
